ClassConnect S Support

ClassConnect S helps students, parents, and teachers keep a school timetable understandable across iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, widgets, Live Activities, and iCloud.

This guide is built from the full ClassConnect S user quick guide. It is organized by task, so you can start with setup, jump to the feature you are using, or go straight to troubleshooting.

Start here

Set up a usable timetable first.

Choose your role, name the timetable, set the week cycle, then add subjects and lessons manually or with import.

Most common fix

Review before applying imports.

Timetable import can save time, but unclear images or multi-group timetables may need manual cleanup.

Fastest setup route

If you already have a timetable image, scan, PDF, or backup file, start with Quick Setup and import. If your timetable is simple, manual setup is often faster and easier to verify.
